These perfumery workshops and masterclasses in Salt Lake City are led by Dimitri Allouch, a professional perfumer with years of hands-on experience in fragrance formulation, material selection, and composition. Designed for those who want to understand how perfume is truly made, each session offers a serious, thoughtful, and tactile introduction to the craft — from raw materials to finished fragrance. Workshops are hosted in Salt Lake City and Park City, and can also be offered on location throughout Utah.

What You Will Experience

About the Perfumer

HEXEH was founded by Dimitri Allouch, a French perfumer based in Salt Lake City, working independently across fragrance, home scent, and education. Each workshop reflects an ongoing professional practice rooted in material knowledge, formulation discipline, and a deep respect for scent as a design medium.

Teaching is approached not as instruction alone, but as the sharing of a way of seeing — and smelling — the world.
